Personalised & Custom Products
All products sold by The Sound Tailors are personalised, custom-made, or produced to customer specifications.
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once production has started.
Your can cancel within the first 24hrs of an order being submitted and a refund will be processed
This includes:
- Personalised songs
- Custom digital products
- Bespoke artwork
- Made-to-order merchandise
Order Cancellation Period
Customers may request to cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.
If a cancellation request is approved within this 24-hour period, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Once production, creative work, or personalisation has commenced, the order becomes non-refundable due to the custom-made nature of our products and services.
Revisions & Alterations
We aim for customer satisfaction and may provide reasonable revisions or alterations where appropriate.
Requests for revisions should be made within 7 working days of receiving your order.
Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If your order is:
- defective,
- damaged,
- or materially different from the agreed specification,
please contact us within 14 working days and we will review the issue.
Where required under applicable consumer law, we may provide:
- correction,
- replacement,
- revision,
- or refund.
